We are looking for applicants who hold an active Ohio Real Estate License.

We are a small team of Cleveland area Real Estate Professionals. We are looking to add agents to our team. Ideal candidate is a motivated go-getter with a positive and solution-focused attitude. Someone who is motivated to jump-start their real estate career with his/her own clientele from personal sphere and online leads.

As an Independent Licensed Sales Agent that is part of Krilova Group, you will acquire new clients on a daily basis from your own sphere of influence, personal networking as well as various lead sources provided by our team. With your enthusiasm, diligence, persistence, and positive attitude, your own individual connections as well as provided online leads will become your clients. These clients may buy or list/sell-and-buy with your professional assistance and you will be compensated by earning a commission on each closed transaction.

As a Listing Agent, you will procure potential homeowners that may be looking to sell their real estate property. You will meet with the potential homeowners and present to them our team marketing strategy, win them over with your charm, professionalism and sincerity and proceed to list their home for sale.

As a Buyers Agent, you will procure buyers that are looking to purchase a home. You will determine what the buyer is looking for and proceed to schedule appointments to view houses to your clients. With current market conditions, the buyer tour appointments may need to be accommodated at all hours of the day, including the weekends. Evenings and weekends as well as ability to accommodate urgent showing requests are required.

Buyers Agent may need to arrange one, or several tours per day, often on short notice; some buyers may only want to see one house, other buyers may want to see three to five houses per outing. There may be days with three or four separate buyers wanting to tour houses on the same day and there may be days free of appointments. Flexibility and eagerness to accommodate are a must.

A successful candidate:

  • Is a highly motivated fast learner with a positive attitude
  • Loves talking with people and building relationships
  • Passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people, and takes ownership of the sales process
  • Diligent and persistent with lead follow-up and understands lead conversion statistics
  • Makes every effort to answer each phone call or returns missed calls promptly
  • Has a flexible schedule and will be able to accommodate most last-minute appointments easily
  • Has a solution focused attitude and concentrates on solving each problem
  • Is polite, kind and well-mannered

Qualifications:

  • Active Ohio Real Estate License preferred, candidates in the process of obtaining their license will be considered
  • Flexibility and willingness to work weekdays and weekends
  • Understanding that many showing tours are in the evenings and on the weekends
  • Willingness to drive certain distances to accommodate clients and their search criteria
  • Excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
  • Strong computer skills. Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM, transaction and marketing/lead follow-up technologies
  • Strong understanding of computers, and navigating the Internet
  • Strong problem-solving skills with solution-oriented focus
  • Highest level of integrity and respect for others
  • Enthusiasm and self-motivation is a must
  • Solution oriented attitude is a must
